Returns and Exchange Policy
If you have a product that you would like to return please carefully read YOUR ORDER - Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges. Holiday Returns and Exchange Information
JEANNE PETITT is happy to extend its returns policy during the Holiday Season until the 6th January 2007 so that any gifts you buy can be returned. For all orders placed between 6-24th December 2006 you have until the 6th January 2007 to notify us that you wish to return or exchange products..
If you are unable to notify us by 6th January, we will still accept your return up until 14th January but we will refund you with a JEANNE PETITT LTD store credit only. Outside of the above dates usual terms and conditions apply.

Holiday Shipping Information
Please try to place your orders as early as possible if delivery is required by 24th December. We will endeavor to dispatch all orders received before the relevant deadlines within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery times due to external factors such as delays at customs. Please be aware that any orders on security check may also be subject to further delays and therefore we cannot guarantee a day of delivery.
